Administrator

We’re looking for a proactive and reliable Administrator to join our reputable IVA practice in Stockport, helping individuals regain control of their finances through structured debt solutions.

About the Role:

As an Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the practice. You’ll be responsible for ensuring accurate documentation, liaising with clients and creditors, and supporting IVA case handlers in managing the full lifecycle of arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the preparation and administration of IVA proposals
  • Liaising with clients via phone and email to collect and update financial information
  • Managing correspondence with creditors and third parties
  • Ensuring accurate data entry and maintaining client records
  • Supporting case handlers with general case administration and compliance
  • Filing, scanning, and other general office duties

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous administration experience (IVA or financial services background desirable)
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage workload efficiently and work as part of a close-knit team
  • IT literate – comfortable using Microsoft Office and case management systems
